How the Company uses the data relating to you?

If you represent any business entity (or, in a plain language, a company), the Company will use your Communication data and Corporate Customer`s data in order to establish business relationships with you or in order to enter into pre-contractual negotiations with you.

With whom the Company may share your data?

Trading and audit
Pursuant to the applicable data protection legislation, the Company is required to ensure that all Company personnel have undergone adequate training to enable them to comply with data privacy laws. The DPO of the Company has passed the necessary external training to perform his duties in accordance with the GDPR. The DPO of the company performs internal training for employees of the Company at least once a year. The Company regularly reviews all the systems and processes under its control to ensure they comply with this Privacy Policy and checks that adequate governance controls and resources are in place to ensure proper use and protection of personal data.
